We invite an experienced and proactive Project Manager with a strong background in managing Software implementations and driving cross-functional projects to join our team, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction for long-term success.

Qualifications and Experience We’re After
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management, ideally within the ERP or IT software industry, working with local clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• A Master’s degree in Project Management or an MBA with a focus in IT/Operations will be added advantage.
• Professional certifications such as PMP or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) is a plus
• Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to converse in Sinhala are essential.
• Additional experience in the ERP domain (as a user, implementer or project manager) or in the Finance field would be an added advantage.

Your Key Roles and Responsibilities
• Manage assigned IT projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope of project.
• Develop, maintain, and revise proposals for assigned projects including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing.
• Assign and track project milestones by managing and accounting for unforeseen delays, and realigning schedules and expectations as needed.
• Establish and implement project communication plans, providing status updates to affected staff and stakeholders.
• Collect, analyze, and summarize information and trends as needed to prepare project status reports.
